CONTENT SYNDICATION
The Rhode Island Department of Health Beach Monitoring Division offers several
content syndication / aggregation services that are freely available to public
and private organizations, media outlets and other government divisions. We
have taken great care to make some of our more popular features publicly available
via the web. These services include:
Press releases are available for syndication through an RSS/XML feed. The feed can be accessed
via an RSS news-reader through the following URL:
http://www.ribeaches.org/xml/pr.xml
or you can use our pre-built RSS News Aggregator in order to drop our content into your website.
Press Releases are also available for syndication by way of our Beach News WebService.

Some knowledge of WebServices and Web Programming is required in order to use this service.

Returns all Press Releases.

Returns all Press Releases within the past 14 days.

Returns all Press Releases within the past 14 days.
Use the releaseID value returned from GetPressReleases or GetAllPressReleases in order to
retrieve a single press release.
Beach Closure information is available for syndication by way of our Beach Closure WebService.
