HEALTH Recommends Beach Closures

Due to servere weather conditions for Labor day weekend HEALTH officials recommend the closure of the following beaches on Saturday, September 4, 2010:

ATLANTIC BEACH CLUB BEACH in Middletown,EASTONS POINT BEACH in Newport, SCARBOROUGH STATE BEACH NORTH AND SOUTH in Narragansett for swimming.

Beaches are expected to re-open on Sunday September 5, 2010.
